We would like to introduce you to a new YSoft Support & Troubleshooting portal, which can be found at helpdesk.ysoft.com.

The portal is used as the main contact point between our partners and the Y Soft Technical support. The purpose of this site is to centralize the requirements and facilitate services of technical support services and provide the technical support availability even when Y Soft technical support staff is not currently available.

YSoft SafeQ® is compatible with the ColorQube MFPs 92xx supporting 3-tier billing, breakthrough combination of solid ink technology and tabloid/SRA3 advanced color multifunction capability.

Y Soft has signed in Zurich a partnership agreement with LEGIC Identsystems Ltd, a world leader in the development of contactless smart card technologies for personal identification. Within this partnership, LEGIC will provide a licence for the use of its technology. Starting in 2009 LEGIC expects an expansion of its technology which has been successfully used internationally in 25 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

Y Soft first press conference took place in a traditional Prague coffee house Café louvre at Národní Street. CEO Václav Muchna briefly described astonishing history of the company, talked about the current situation and indicated the plans for the future. Richard Brulík as a general manager for sales EMEA mentioned the development of sales during the last years and the expected turnover in this fiscal year.
