Cost Monitoring
What information concerning printing can be monitored? We would like to receive regular reports by email. Is it possible?
The SafeQ print solution offers the monitoring of printed, copied and scanned pages and faxes, with details of single users, cost centres or machines. Outputs can be monitored on network printers, multi-functional devices and also local (table) printers and plotters.

Data traced with each device (print, copying, scanning and faxing):
- number of pages
- page format
- colour/black (and) white
- duplex
- toner coverage (only with direct and secured print on PCL and PS jobs)
- name of device
- cost allocation information (user, cost centres etc.)
- project
Each single page is, thanks to the accounting system, accounted to the user and/or cost centre which printed the page.
Users have access to all data through the SafeQ server web interface. There are predefined reports available (by users, cost centres and devices) which can be modified using the same principle as MS Excel pivot tables. In practise, therefore, you can create any overview with respect to the current needs of the client.
