Usually, there are two print drivers available for the user in Windows: one for black and white print and another for colour. Jobs can be picked up by simply placing the card at any printer that is nearby that is not occupied and/or out of order.
You can also use shared queues for work on projects or to share documents in a boss - assistant relation.
