Thanks to print monitoring, a short-term and long-term reduction in print volume is achieved. By setting permissions and disallowing colour print to selected users and/or groups, you can achieve a substantial reduction in the costs of print services. Bear in mind, however, that as the efficiency of the entire print environment grows and a semi-annual interval is counted, the number of pages will match the print volume before optimisation.
For regular cost evaluation and monitoring, the SafeQ system can also be used without additional devices and functions, such as the follow-me function and/or shared print queues.
