Print Sharing in Joint Projects

With regular work on projects, documents are often shared by team members (joint schemes, pictures etc.). There is a budget for each project which must be heeded to with great care. However, print often becomes a weak point due to its complex accounting.

The SafeQ print solution offers the function of project accounting with users being able to select a project for their prints to which the pages shall be accounted. Besides the monitoring of printed and copied pages, documents can be shared within projects. To this end, shared queues are used. Only authorised persons have access to these queues. Access can also be assigned to leaders of project groups across all projects.
