Traceability and Verifiability

Do you need to trace a printed document and have control over what your employees are doing?

All pages that have been printed, copied and scanned are recorded on the server in a database from which you can, at any time, extract basic information such as number of pages, toner coverage, colouring and print language.

With SafeQ everything is traceable

mass work with data from the entire branch network

Therefore, each print job that passes through the server is, upon processing and logging, also stored physically on a disc spooler, from where it can be recovered through the web interface even one month after the moment of its print (depending on the size of the hard drive). These functions of the "already printed" jobs and jobs to be "requeued for print" may be switched off with respect to the Personal Data Protection Law.

Based on the amount of data, the SafeQ server groups detailed information on jobs on a monthly basis in order to make available statistical information only. This parameter is optional and, in the case of an increased need to trace documents as a preventive measure, can be prolonged to several months. The default settings is 32dpi, providing enough information on the type of document, but only minimum information for a detailed study of a job.

The time availability of all recorded data can be set in the system configuration.

The architecture of the SafeQ print solution consists of a database, disc spooler and the actual application layer.
